Our philosopy
  The central point of departure in our policy is quality and effectiveness in all our services. We perform this in several ways. For example:
exploratory talks to discuss potential orders will always be at the expense of VGM;
VGM submits clear offers without commitment (and without small print), in which all operational and financial business is explained clearly;
during the completion of the order, VGM maintains regular contact with the client regarding progress of the work;
the people working for VGM are without exception specialists in their field; they have broad experience in the business community, most of them have an appropriate academic degree, and, primarily, they have the appropriate attitude for the job;
all our activities are designed to meet the customers' needs.
  We make quality the central plank of our performance and ensure that the needs of our customers have been built in.

Experience has taught us of the diversity of our customers' wishes and that the delivery of standard products can only meet one's requirements for a short period. That is why VGM is continuously concerned with observing and realizing the specific needs of our customers: needs that change as rapidly as they are established.

The internal organization of VGM enables us to offer all our products at keenly competitive prices. On advertising, we believe the best way to promote our business is to complete the job well and that is why we do not have the extra cost of advertising.
